About IECC

The FAQs below are about general IECC services and membership.

To become an IECC Member, you need to graduate from the IECC Capacity Building Academy (CBA) program. The CBA is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to nonprofit organizations serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

The Capacity Building Academy (CBA) is a year-long training and education process that results in each member organization developing an Impact Plan that directly responds to the needs and priorities of their target audiences and local communities.

Learn More About CBA

The Capacity Building training courses are dependent on funding and availability. IECC is in the process of redesigning the application process for the next CBA. Make sure you sign up for our mailing list to be notified when applications are available.

You can learn more about the program and sign-up for updates by following the link below.

The Youth for Change Alliance (YCA) is a dynamic youth-led committee supported by Inland Empire Community Collaborative (IECC) and All Children Thrive (ACT). A part of the IE Children’s Cabinet Community Table, this committee aims to support parents, youth, and community leaders in advocating for children and youth in the IE by transforming how cities address childhood trauma and focus on improving child and family wellbeing.

ACT brings together community members with city staff and elected officials to create policies, programs and resources to address underlying conditions that lead to childhood trauma and advance opportunities that foster child wellbeing.

About the the YCA

Vote IE is an initaitve by the Inland Empire Community Collaborative to improve civic engagement and advocacy in the Inland Empire. Funded by the IE Funder’s Alliance and PolicyLink, this initative aims to leverage the position of nonprofits as a trusted messenger in our community.

As a sector, nonprofits are in constant contact with members of the community who are most vulnerable to policy changes. We encourage nonprofits to mobilize their staff, volunteers, and networks to vote and provide clients and partners with nonpartician voting education and information.

We ask that policymakers appreciate the nonprofit community as a powerful voting force poised to address critical issues in our community.
