Microsoft Word Level One

This course introduces participants to the essential tools and features of Microsoft Word, providing a strong foundation for creating and editing professional documents. Upon completion, participants will have the knowledge and skills required to use Microsoft Word within the O365 environment or locally installed on Windows and Mac devices. Microsoft Word is widely used in educational, business, and personal settings to produce letters, reports, flyers, forms, and more. While this is a beginning-level class, even experienced Word users will learn helpful tips and time-saving techniques.

Topics include:

• Working efficiently with shortcuts and menus
• Formatting documents quickly and consistently using built-in tools
• Simplifying repetitive tasks with Word’s time-saving features
