Mom’s Wellness Group – Mamás y Bebés is a two-month, Riverside County–funded program serving expecting mothers and mothers of infants (0–12 months) in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. This supportive group offers practical tools to manage the stress of pregnancy and motherhood, monitor post‑partum depression symptoms, and strengthen the bond between mother and baby through social‑emotional support.
Participants can build a supportive network, receive weekly diapers, and earn a $50 gift card upon completion.
