Free, 4-part virtual training created to build knowledge of the impact of adversity and stress that impacts all of us. And give us the skills to break the cycle of trauma.
- Define Complex Trauma (CT) and list 3 key areas it can impact
- Explain how the ARC Framework addresses the 3 impact areas of CT, and relates to the Neurosequential Model
- Discuss the key goals and components of Attachment in the ARC Framework
- Explore attachment practices that can enhance resiliency at work
- Discuss challenges connecting with others and the value of compassion
About the virtual training series
Trauma-Responsive Sonoma (TRS) will build our community’s knowledge of the impact of trauma, early adversity, and stress on individuals, communities, and systems.
We’ll grow our skills to use trauma-informed and trauma-responsive practices.
Trauma-responsive practices are those that seek to not only prevent re-traumatization but to build regulation and promote healing. These tools can be used in a range of settings, personal and professional.
Attendees will also gain access to our March series On-Demand via our attendee hub.

- Sonoma County residents are free of charge Community members who live or work in Sonoma County, CA (FREE OF CHARGE)
- Fee for community members outside of Sonoma County is $25 for series
