Free, 4-part virtual training created to build knowledge of the impact of adversity and stress that impacts all of us. And give us the skills to break the cycle of trauma.
- Review how the ARC Framework supports resiliency
- List the goal and key components of ARC’s Competency (i.e., skill-building)
- Examine competency practices that can enhance resiliency
- Explain how Healing-Centered Engagement addresses perceived limits of trauma-informed and trauma-responsive practices
- Explore Healing-Centered techniques that can promote resiliency
About the virtual training series
Trauma-Responsive Sonoma (TRS) will build our community’s knowledge of the impact of trauma, early adversity, and stress on individuals, communities, and systems.
We’ll grow our skills to use trauma-informed and trauma-responsive practices.
Trauma-responsive practices are those that seek to not only prevent re-traumatization but to build regulation and promote healing. These tools can be used in a range of settings, personal and professional.
Attendees will also gain access to our March series On-Demand via our attendee hub.

- Sonoma County residents are free of charge Community members who live or work in Sonoma County, CA (FREE OF CHARGE)
- Fee for community members outside of Sonoma County is $25 for series
