Description: Focused on youth 16 and older, this session will examine how agencies can better coordinate education, housing, and employment supports to ensure smoother transitions into adulthood.
- Building Two-Way Partnerships to Support Foster Youth: LEAs & Agency Partnerships
Description: This session will discuss how LEAs and partner agencies can strengthen reciprocal collaboration to improve consistency, reduce educational disruption, trauma-informed approaches and align services for foster and probation youth.
- Leveraging Community-Based Organizations & Resources
Description: This session will highlight ways to identify service gaps, enhance referral systems, and deepen partnerships with community-based organizations to holistically support foster and probation youth.
