Privacy Policy for Inland Empire Community Collaborative

At IECC Nonprofit, accessible from https://inlandempirecommunitycollaborative.org or https://ieccnonprofit.org, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by IECC Nonprofit and how we use it.

IECC Nonprofit follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Inland Empire Community Collaborative (“IECC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers SMS/text messaging services to help keep our community informed about programs, events, resources, and important updates. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Description

Subscribers may receive text messages related to:

  • Community resources and announcements
  • Program updates
  • Event reminders
  • Advocacy alerts
  • Opportunities to participate in surveys or initiatives
  • Professional engagement and support

Message frequency will vary based on ongoing campaigns and needs.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in (via web form, keyword, event sign‑up, or other methods), you consent to receive recurring automated and/or manual SMS messages from IECC. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or participating in IECC programs.

4. Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time.
To unsubscribe, reply:
STOP – to end all messages
HELP – to receive assistance or more information
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

5. Costs & Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. IECC is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

6. Privacy & Data Use

IECC Nonprofits respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you communicate with us by SMS, we collect and use your mobile phone number and message content solely for the purpose of providing 1‑to‑1 communication related to our services. We do not sell, share, or disclose your phone number or message information to third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our staff. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. All SMS messages are stored and handled securely and may be retained for record‑keeping, compliance, or service support purposes. By engaging in SMS communication with us, you consent to this collection and use of information.

  • Phone numbers are used solely for communication related to IECC programs and updates.
  • We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties.
  • Data is stored securely in compliance with applicable privacy and security laws.

7. Supported Carriers

Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s availability. IECC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Age Requirement
