Capacity Building Academy
Organizations interested in participating in the Capacity Building Academy must complete and return the interest form (link below) to Suzie Gomez of the Inland Empire Community Collaborative (IECC) email@example.com by August 13th, 2019 Complete all sections. Please print legibly or type.
Participants in the Capacity Building Academy will attend monthly sustainability planning workshops from October through June 2019. Organizations are asked to assessable a team of 1 to 5 participants who will participate in the Academy. Not all team members need to attend each session. Rather, you may want your board treasurer or bookkeeper/accountant to attend the sessions on strategic financing and have staff attend sessions on vision and desired results. Workshops will take place at First 5 San Bernardino on the forth Thursday of each month from 9 am to 3 pm.
Graduates completing the Academy will complete a sustainability plan and make a presentation to a funders panel at First 5 San Bernardino. Graduates of the Academy are eligible to participate in the IECC.
