Community Mobile Health Services

St. John’s Community Health, in partnership with the Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice, continues to bring vital healthcare services directly to the community through its Mobile Health program in San Bernardino. Located at 2441 Sierra Way, this ongoing initiative offers accessible, no-appointment-needed services including primary care, sports physicals, vision and hearing screenings, diabetes and blood pressure checks, pap smears, and lab testing. The program also provides same-day enrollment for Medi-Cal and Covered California, helping connect individuals and families to long-term care.
