It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Amy Herr on November 23, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Amy fought valiantly against Multiforme Glioblastoma, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.
The organization’s eight-week Undocumented Mentorship Academy has resources for academic and professional development. The academy covers writing a resume, public speaking and understanding one’s rights. The program was co-created by other youths in the country illegally and is tailored to the experiences mentors have had in achieving their goals.
It has never been more critical to document and amplify lessons learned from our nation’s pandemic response in order to shift how we perceive, value and fund CBOs and CBWs.
