Fighting for our Future: Student Summit

The “Fighting for Our Future” program is on a mission to connect students to meaningful careers that address the climate crisis and showcase the innovative solutions available. We believe that every student has the power to create a sustainable future.
Come and join us for an interactive summit hosted by the Dr. Lucy Jones Center for Science and Society.
This is an opportunity for high school students and college students in the Inland Empire to gain a deeper understanding of the climate crisis and what they can do to help. Students will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, share innovative ideas, and learn about the various avenues for environmental action.
There will be activities and breakout sessions with mentors from a variety of career paths addressing climate change, such as Engineering, Emergency Management, Environmental Policy, Sustainable Transportation, Climate Science Research, Risk Communication, Renewable Energy Development and more.
